Dyne Perspective Sdn Bhd (later known as “DYNE The Company”) is concerned about your right to privacy. Therefore, DYNE The Company pledges to be responsible when gathering your personal information and to protect your privacy in every possible way. DYNE The Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Malaysia business entity carrying a strategic management consulting business to its clients of businesses in Malaysia and other countries on the Website. DYNE The Website is branded as DYNE; as an easily accessible platform for the clients of businesses to unlock issues and challenges of business operation with DYNE’s strategic framework. DYNE consists of packaged plans for the businesses at multiple phases of business life cycle with its affordable recurring charges for the clients.

 

We reserve the right to amend, modify, add, delete and make corrections to this Privacy Statement at any time and will notify users of the same by updating the statement on the website and by including a "NEWLY UPDATED" label with the "PRIVACY STATEMENT" link on the websites for a period of 30 days. After the 30-days’ period, the updated version(s) of the Privacy Statement shall supersede all previous versions of the Privacy Statement with automatic effect, without any further action by us. Communication between DYNE The Company and the subscribers will be done via virtual video calls, emails and text messages in order to get access to clarity and understanding of the business environment. Internet will be used to do research on the subject matters of the issues and business concerns.

  4. Administrative Purpose e.g. processing, confirming, fulfilling and completing your transactions and requests for our products and services.

  1. We extremely understand that Your Personal Information inclusive your business units’ information are private and confidential (P&C) information not to be shared or known by other parties without your consents.

Due to the P&C information, we are extremely understand to only request for a very minimal information regarding Your Personal Information and Your Business Unit Information; for us to start our research and analysis. In case of inadequate information, we will communicate with you for clarity of information further.
